These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aa9939 ("aa9939", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aa9939 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security

You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any other time determined by aa9939 at its reasonable discretion. KYC documents may include your National ID (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a selfie with your ID document.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on aa9939. Operating, accessing, or attempting to create more than one account is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether determined by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — aa9939 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made to your aa9939 account are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment channel used. aa9939 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions considered bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited, may have their account suspended, and may be required to repay any withdrawals made from bonus-related funds.

As a registered player on aa9939, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, fair, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate odds, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or betting engine. Any winnings generated through a known technical error are not valid and will be voided.

• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

aa9939 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears suspicious, irregular, or contrary to these Terms. During any investigation, aa9939 may temporarily restrict access to an account and withhold pending withdrawals without prior notice. Any investigation will be conducted fairly and with reasonable speed.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your aa9939 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Note that if you close your account voluntarily and later wish to re-open it, aa9939 may, at its discretion, approve or decline the re-opening request.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by aa9939

aa9939 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that you are or were under the age of 18 at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted fraud, or provision of false registration information.
• Evidence of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Request by law enforcement or a regulatory authority.

In the event of closure for cause, aa9939 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation. Real-money deposits not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned where legally permissible.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent indefinite exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aa9939 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any technical failure, server outage, or connectivity issue affecting the Platform or its games.
• Losses resulting from bets placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds posted due to a human or technical error (such bets may be voided at aa9939's discretion).
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond aa9939's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits aa9939's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
